Surfacing as one of the most prominent rap moguls in the United Kingdom, Miguel Rahiece Cunningham, better known by his rap name M1llionz has established his reputation across the UK rap landscape. With his swift ability to deliver poetic storytelling against drill beats – what he has done over the last couple of years has enabled him to carve out a unique lane for himself in the scene, that of a trailblazer. An inimitable figure utilising every moment that the current sound of UK rap has to offer.
With only four years in the art of making music, M1llionz's light has burnt swiftly and brightly. Starting his career with his debut, "North West", a grapple of gritty drill cuts that introduced listeners to his conversational, quickfire flow. The song was an ode to his youth in North West Birmingham. Penned while in prison, the track was released in late 2019 after some peer persuasion. Since then, the rapper has only surged with an array of hits from "B1llionz", which reached 39 on the charts "Lagga", which saw a second feature in the official charts at number 52.
The Birmingham rap prodigy doesn't let the lessons and wisdom he picked up along the way drown in vanity. He constantly shows gratitude to the places he visits by giving back to those less fortunate. He's been involved in a lot of charity work, from giving out Christmas gifts in Jamaica to providing fresh supplies and clothes in orphanages in Ghana. M1illonz's actions prove that his heart is for the people. "I'm in a position to give back, and I would have wanted that when I was younger," he reflects. "I go to other people's place, and they don't have to welcome me with open arms, but they do, so I feel you should help them when you can.
