PRIZE PROMOTION NOTICE
1. This Prize Promotion Notice sets out the details of the UK Festival Ticket Giveaways (each a "Prize Promotion" and together the "Prize Promotions") being run by Live Nation (Music) UK Limited (“Our”, "Us" and "We").
2. Each Prize Promotion is subject to these terms and Our general terms and conditions for Prize Promotions ("Prize Promotion Terms and Conditions"), which can be found at: https://www.livenation.co.uk/competitiontandcs.
3. Each Prize Promotion will be run through Our website at the following URL: https://www.livenation.co.uk/festivalaccess/prizedraws (“Website”).
4. To enter a Prize Promotion, you must be:
a) a resident in the United Kingdom;
b) able to comply with these terms and all the Prize Promotion Terms and Conditions; and
c) at least 18 years old.
5. To enter a Prize Promotion, you must visit the Website, click the link for the Prize Promotion that you would like to enter (as per the URLs listed in the table at clause 8 below) and on that page either register for a Live Nation account or (for existing Live Nation account holders) login to your account.
6. Each Prize Promotion will commence and end on the dates and times specified in the table at clause 8 below.
7. You may enter each Prize Promotion once only.

9. If you are a winner of a Prize Promotion ("Winner"), you will be notified by email within 1 week of the relevant Prize Promotion closing and advised on how to collect the Prize. Please note that if you do not respond within 72 hours we reserve the right to select a different Winner.
10. Redemption of a Prize is subject to the applicable, festival-specific terms and conditions of entry listed in the table above at clause 8.
11. The Winner must only allocate additional tickets in their Prize to companions who meet the age requirements set out in the applicable festival terms and conditions, listed in the table above at clause 8.
12. Proof of identification may be required to claim the Prize.
13. Each Prize Promotion is a Prize Draw as defined in the Prize Promotion Terms and Conditions.
14. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms of this Prize Promotion Notice and the Prize Promotion Terms and Conditions, the terms of this Prize Promotion Notice shall prevail.
