Get ready for an unforgettable Last Night of the Proms spectacular.
An evening packed with iconic music, dazzling performances and that famous Proms party atmosphere - all while raising funds for the much-loved charity Daft as a Brush Cancer Patient Care.
Welcoming back brilliant entertainer and compère, Ray Spencer OBE, North East operatic legend Graeme Danby, Bradley Creswick - internationally acclaimed violinist and appointed leader and first violinist of the Royal Northern Sinfonia Orchestra, plus the huge Proms Choir, RGS Primary school choir and much more. All kept under control by acclaimed Musical Director, Mark Edwards.

The City Hall has 6 seating areas available for every show for wheelchair users. It is necessary for wheelchair seating to be booked in advance. Please contact the box office on 0191 2496050.
Any customer booking a wheelchair seat will receive comprehensive information on access to the City Hall and it's facilities when booking. Access to the box office is via College Street and is fully accessible. There is no access to the Concert Bar and refreshment area for wheelchair users. Where customers are unable to access these areas due to ambulatory difficulties, a drinks service is provided by the City Hall. Members of staff are available and can take drink orders and arrange for then to be brought to the foyer/auditorium, on request. There is no lift access to the balcony. Accessible toilet available in the foyer.
