PRIZE PROMOTION NOTICE

1. This Prize Promotion Notice sets out the details of the Humans of Download prize draw being run by Live Nation (Music) UK Limited ("Our", "Us" and "We").

2. The Prize Promotion is subject to these terms and Our general terms and conditions for Prize Promotions ("Prize Promotion Terms and Conditions"), which can be found at: https://downloadfestival.co.uk/terms-conditions/

3. The Prize Promotion will be run through Our Instagram and Facebook pages at https://www.instagram.com/downloadfest/ and https://www.facebook.com/downloadfest

4. To be selected, entrants must be:

a) resident in the United Kingdom;

b) able to comply with these terms and all the Prize Promotion Terms and Conditions

c) at least 18 years old

5. To enter the Prize Promotion, go to the relevant Instagram post and comment who you'd like to nominate to take part in this year's Humans of Download series, telling us why you've chosen them.

6. The Prize Promotion will commence at 3pm on Friday 23rd January and end at 11.59pm on Friday 30th January.

7. The Prize is the chance to book your slot for this year's Humans of Download shoot.

8. One winner will be chosen. 
 
9. If you are a winner of the Prize Promotion ("Winner"), you will be notified by Friday 13th February by email and advised on how to collect the Prize. Please note that if you do not respond within 48 hours we reserve the right to select a different Winner. 

10. Proof of identification may be required to claim the Prize. 

11. This Prize Promotion is a Prize draw as defined in the Prize Promotion Terms and Conditions. 

12. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms of this Prize Promotion Notice and the Prize Promotion Terms and Conditions, the terms of this Prize Promotion Notice shall prevail.
