Mercy Girl is sensory euphoria and contemplation.
Formed in 2024 by members Daisy Miles, Davey Purdie, Craig
Harkness and Kylie MacNaughton-Wright, the Glasgow based
electronic outfit explore themes of love, despair and the
uncertainty of the human experience.
Taking inspiration from EBM, Darkwave and Electro-Pop, Mercy
Girl invokes both the solace of a dark empty highway, and the
surrender of a neon-hazed dancefloor.
Their debut single ‘Heaven’ was named Track of the Week on
BBC Introducing in Scotland, and was placed at number two in
The Herald’s Top 100 Songs of 2024. Since then, the band
have been selling out headline shows and making waves
online.
The group's debut EP ‘The Serpent’ releases Summer 2025.
