On her debut album Riot Youth, Chloe Slater paints a picture what it is to be young, British, and brave enough to be hopeful in an era where hopelessness and nihilism run rife.

Having spent the last few years developing her witty yet pointed take on protest music and her reputation as a live performer, Slater has earned herself a devoted fanbase who cherish her ability to craft anthemic chorus and gut-punching one-liners from the gripes many of us can barely muster the words for.
