House of Fun is a full-throttle touring theatre show celebrating the sound, style and attitude of the UK’s legendary 2Tone and Ska era.
This high-energy live show brings to life the iconic hits of Madness, Bad Manners, The Beat, The Specials, The Selecter, The Bodysnatchers and more. A vibrant, feel-good night at the theatre that captures the spirit of the movement and the excitement of a live gig.
Whether you were there the first time around or you’re discovering 2Tone and Ska revival for the first time, expect non-stop dancing, hands-in-the-air choruses and serious feel-good vibes from start to finish.

The City Hall has 6 seating areas available for every show for wheelchair users. It is necessary for wheelchair seating to be booked in advance. Please contact the box office on 0191 2496050.
Any customer booking a wheelchair seat will receive comprehensive information on access to the City Hall and it's facilities when booking. Access to the box office is via College Street and is fully accessible. There is no access to the Concert Bar and refreshment area for wheelchair users. Where customers are unable to access these areas due to ambulatory difficulties, a drinks service is provided by the City Hall. Members of staff are available and can take drink orders and arrange for then to be brought to the foyer/auditorium, on request. There is no lift access to the balcony. Accessible toilet available in the foyer.
