The ELO Experience has been bringing the music of Jeff Lynne and The Electric Light orchestra to the stage since 2006. The world's foremost multi-award-winning tribute to The Electric Light Orchestra, they reproduce the songs and sounds with a sensational string section, stunning light show and large screen projection; it really is a magical musical journey through time.
The City Hall has 6 seating areas available for every show for wheelchair users. It is necessary for wheelchair seating to be booked in advance. Please contact the box office on 0191 2612606.
Any customer booking a wheelchair seat will receive comprehensive information on access to the City Hall and it's facilities when booking. Access to the box office is via College Street and is fully accessible. There is no access to the Concert Bar and refreshment area for wheelchair users. Where customers are unable to access these areas due to ambulatory difficulties, a drinks service is provided by the City Hall. Members of staff are available and can take drink orders and arrange for then to be brought to the foyer/auditorium, on request. There is no lift access to the balcony. Accessible toilet available in the foyer.
