American Football released their first album back in 1999 during college before disbanding and reuniting 15 years later, having quietly amassed a consistently growing fanbase on the underground / emo scene. Their album was later honoured by Rolling Stone as one of the ’40 greatest emo albums of all time’ and described by Pitchfork as one of the most influential in its genre.
