Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by a guardian. Don't take any chances - bring proof of age. If you are lucky enough to look under 21, it may be that we ask you to prove your age when entering the festival (under 16's must be accompanied by a parent or guardian) or when attempting to buy alcohol. Please don't be offended by this request, in fact take it as a compliment! The ONLY accepted proof of age documents are: 1) Passport (Not a photocopy) 2) Photocard Driving License 3) Proof Of Age Card - The card must be part of the PASS scheme and carry their hologram. 4) Northern Ireland Electoral Identity Card. You will only need to present your ID once at the festival, after which you will be issued with a wristband confirming your age. Further details on where and how to do this will be available here very soon. Once you've shown your ID, we recommend you store it in our secure lockers that are available as a supplemental item when booking your tickets. If you would prefer to bring a Proof Of Age Card but don't yet have one, click here for details on how to apply for one. We recommend you start the process of ordering your card very soon to ensure you are prepared for the festival.

Your tickets will be sent out using first class mail, though on some occasions packages including merchandise will be sent to you by Special Delivery. Special Delivery travels with first class mail but requires a signature upon receipt and usually arrives the next day.
If your package has not arrived three days before the event please contact use the ask a question function above. Please include your order number and the full name that the booking was made under. We will investigate the situation and where possible arrange for you to collect duplicate tickets and package information at the venue box office.

Trying to get to the festival in an environmentally friendly way, but still want to do more? Donate a few pence to negate the carbon emitted by travelling to the festival and we’ll invest it all into environmental projects at local schools. Climate change is a pressing global issue. Nevertheless, there are things that we can all do. We are committed to encouraging and providing more sustainable transport options to Wireless where possible, and would also like to offer customers the opportunity to negate their unavoidable carbon emissions associated with travelling to this event by investing in environmental projects in schools around Hyde Park If you would like to participate in this scheme, there is an option to add 50p to your order on the shipping page. Schools in the local area will be coming up with their projects for the funds, these will then be detailed on www.wirelessfestival.co.uk and we’ll choose one to support. Eco-Schools are an international award programme that guides schools on their sustainable journey, providing a framework to help embed these principles into the heart of school life. For more information on Eco-Schools please go to www.eco-schools.org.uk
