There are two car parks immediately adjacent to the building both priced £4.00. The larger one on Apsley Grove has an overflow car park. The smaller car park on the Hyde Road side of the building caters for our disabled patrons with a limited number of spaces used on a first come first served basis.

O2 Apollo Manchester Box Office opening times:

Monday - Friday: 12.00pm - 3.00pm (or later if there is a show on) N.B. The box office will usually open at 9.00am on Friday mornings if there are major on-sales,

Saturday and Sunday: Open from 2pm until showtime. Closed if there is no events.

We also accept cheques, postal orders, Theatre Tokens and O2 Vouchers posted direct to the venue (payable to Live Nation (Music) UK Ltd).

Children under 2 do not require a ticket. Please carefully check specific event restrictions and suitability prior to purchasing a ticket. 

*No refunds will be issued*.

If the show is not specifically aimed at an adult-only audience, children aged one year and older are admitted providing they can sit up straight in a seat and that the parent is confident the child will not be a distraction for other members of the audience.

Everyone over 2 years old must have a valid ticket. Accompanying adults may be asked to remove noisy children.

If any discounts are available for children, the maximum age to qualify is 16 years old.
