Pioneering songwriter Regina Spektor has been charming audiences with her vibrant style since her breakthrough album 11:11 in 2001. Born in Russia, but raised in New York after the age of nine, and practicing piano wherever she could find a keyboard, including her local synagogue, it was inevitable that such an eclectic upbringing would work its way into Regina’s music.
