With a voice that belies her young age, Pixie Lott burst on to the scene in 2009 with her mix of old school pop and soul. A former student of fame school Italia Conti, she was initially discovered by US music mogul L.A. Reid, who had heard one of her demos.

Debut single Mama Do went straight to number one in the UK, becoming the first single from a solo female not coming from a reality TV/talent show format to do so. Her follow up Boys & Girls followed in hitting the top spot, whilst debut album Turn It Up has now sold in excess of 300,000 copies in the UK.
