Flux Pavilion Bio Top
Since first sitting down at a keyboard at the age of six his dream has been to make music that he loves, more so to perform it to the people who love it.
Influenced by the likes of The Prodigy, Beck, Basement Jaxx and Rusko, Flux loved the high energy madness that dance music was capable of and set about making some of his own music. Already adept with production skills he was soon off the starting block and with his tunes swiftly generating interest on the circuit, it was soon clear that what started of as a bit of experimentation was to flourish into much much more.
In the years following the first Flux Pavilion release in 2009 the career of multi instrumentalist/singer/composer/producer/DJ of Flux Pavilion aka Josh Steele has seen him rise from underground Dubstep producer to festival headliner and ambassador for the EDM movement worldwide. Flux has worked with the likes of Jay Z, Kanye West and Childish Gambino, achieved worldwide success with hits such as 'I Can't Stop', 'Got 2 Know', 'Do or Die' and created anthemic remixes in the way of Fresh's 'Gold Dust' and the Freestylers's 'Cracks'.
In 2009 Flux Pavilion founded Circus Records with Doctor P, the label has become one of the leading independent labels in Dance Music, continually forging successful careers for numerous artists from all over the world.
Not an artist to rest on his laurels Flux is always looking to push sounds forward. This ethos is what has driven him onwards, it's what has helped Flux become the first EDM artist to sell out Red Rocks two years running, pushed his record sales into the millions and built a huge loyal fan base that love to see where he will go next.
