Five Finger Death Punch was formed in 2005 by Hungarian born guitarist, Zoltan Bathory. Bathory established a lineup including Ivan Moody (vocals) - Jeremy Spencer (drums) - Matt Snell (bass) and Caleb Bingham (guitars) - and named the band "Five Finger Death Punch" - as a nod to Hong-Kong Kung-Fu cinema.
